Hanoi, Sept. 19 -- The 2025 Global Innovation Index (GII), recently released by the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), shows that Vietnam has made significant progress across multiple indicators, affirming the Party and Government's sound orientation in promoting development based on science, technology, and innovation.
According to Dr Nguyen Huu Xuyen, Deputy Director of the Institute of Strategy under the Ministry of Science and Technology's Academy of Science, Technology and Innovation, this is the first time Vietnam has ranked first globally for creative goods exports.
