Hanoi, Feb. 9 -- Vietnam always values and seeks to further strengthen its traditional friendship and mutually beneficial cooperation with Uzbekistan, said Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha at an online meeting with his Uzbekistani counterpart Jamshid Khodjaev on February 9.
