Lisbon, Nov. 28 -- Vietnam places great importance on, and seeks to deepen its cooperation with Portugal across all spheres, particularly in politics, economy-trade, culture and education, and judicial affairs, affirmed a Vietnamese Party official. Phan Dinh Trac, Politburo member, Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and head of its Commission for Internal Affairs, made the statement while leading a Vietnamese delegation to Portugal from November 22-27 to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic ties between the two nations.
