Geneva, Jan. 29 -- Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has voiced Vietnam's interest in deepening ties with Switzerland to develop its planned international financial centre (IFC), with a focus on institutional frameworks, operational know-how and quality workforce training.
