Hanoi, June 9 -- Vietnam's garment and textile exports exceeded 17.58 billion USD in the first five months of 2025, up 9% compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, imports totalled 10.63 billion USD, resulting in a trade surplus of 6.95 billion USD for the sector, according to the Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS).
