Hanoi, May 26 -- As of mid-May 2025, Vietnam exported over 736,000 tonnes of coffee, earning 4.2 billion USD, according to the Department of Customs.

While export volume declined by 5.5% year-on-year, export value surged by 56% thanks to a sharp rise in average prices.

Domestically, coffee prices in the Central Highlands reversed course on May 24, falling by 2,500 VND (0,096 USD)-3,300 VND per kilogram. Prices stood at 122,500VND per kg in Dak Nong, Dak Lak, and Gia Lai, and 122,000 VND per kg in Lam Dong.
