Brussels, Nov. 22 -- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang set forth major orientations to strengthen inter-regional cooperation while attending the fourth Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum (IPMF-4), organised by the European Union in Brussels on November 20-21.
