Hanoi, April 23 -- Vietnam Railways (VNR) is ramping up its services, including additional trips on the North-South route and to popular destinations in order to meet rising travel demand during the April 30 - May 1 public holidays.
An extra SE9 train will run from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City on April 29-30 to serve travellers. On the Hanoi-Hai Phong line, in addition to the four daily pairs of trains, additional services including LP10 and HP4 from Hai Phong Station, and HD2 from Hai Duong Station will operate from May 2-4.
Routes connecting HCM City to central provinces will also see an increase, with four extra trips on the Saigon-Da Nang route, eight to Quy Nhon, six to Nha Trang, two to Phan Thiet, and further services from Hanoi to ...
