Hanoi, Oct. 1 -- The launch of the Vietnam Private Economic Landscape (ViPEL) model and its Executive Council, along with key council members, marked the start of the first Vietnam Private Economy Landscape Conference, scheduled to take place in Hanoi on October 10. Initiated by the Private Economic Development Research Board (Board IV) under the Prime Minister's Advisory Council for Administrative Procedure Reform, the ViPEL model brings together Vietnam's largest and most representative private enterprises.
