Hanoi, March 27 -- Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Phan Thi Thang and Peruvian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Felix Denegri Boza on March 27 co-chaired the third plenary session of the Vietnam-Peru Intergovernmental Committee. At the virtual meeting, both sides acknowledged the positive progress in bilateral trade despite global economic and political uncertainties. Last year, two-way trade reached 517.57 million USD, an annual rise of 6.5%. Peru remained Vietnam's sixth-largest trade partner in Latin America.
