Phu Yen, March 21 -- Vietnam has been making progress in combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing with comprehensive and drastic solutions put in place, said Vu Duyen Hai, Deputy Director of Fisheries and Fisheries Resource Surveillance Department under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
