Hanoi, Nov. 7 -- A national-scale ceremony marking Vietnam Law Day (November 9) is scheduled for November 7 afternoon in Hanoi, connected online to 34 provinces and cities, and livestreamed on the National Legal Portal at http://phapluat.gov.vn.
