Beijing, May 27 -- A delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), led by member of its Central Committee and deputy head of the committee's Commission for Information, Education, and Mass Mobilisation Ngo Dong Hai, attended the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s dialogue with political parties of neighbouring countries in Beijing on May 26.
