Paris, June 27 -- Vietnam is entering a new phase of engagement with UNESCO, demonstrating a stronger commitment and broader responsibility, according to Ambassador Nguyen Thi Van Anh, Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO).
