Hanoi, Oct. 9 -- Vietnam calls for continued partnership and assistance from international partners as the country is grappling with floodwaters in many areas rising above historic levels, posing a high risk of prolonged inundation and landslides, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Nguyen Hoang Hiep said on October 9.
