Mexico City, May 27 -- Vietnam - Mexico relations are entering a new phase, with great potential and expanded cooperation space, heard an online seminar held by the Metropolitan Autonomous University (UAM) of Mexico on May 26.

The seminar discussed the journey in which Vietnam and Mexico became each other's leading partners in Southeast Asia and Latin America, as well as their potential for cooperation in the coming time.

It was the third seminar on Vietnam that the Mexican side has hosted on the occasion of the 50th founding anniversary of Vietnam - Mexico diplomatic relations (May 19, 1975 - 2025), and the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification of Vietnam.
