Da Nang, June 23 -- A Vietnam-US Friendship Festival was held in the central coastal city of Da Nang on June 22, as part of the activities marking 30 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.

Jointly organised by the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations (VUFO), the US Mission to Vietnam, and the Da Nang People's Committee, the event attracted some 3,000 participants, including people, tourists, and officials from both nations.
