Hanoi, Nov. 26 -- The Vietnam E-commerce and Digital Economy Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) and the Shopee Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on November 25 to strengthen cooperation in cross-border e-commerce. The agreement aims to support the modernisation of Vietnam's national trade ecosystem by combining government policy, business capability, and technological infrastructure, the MoIT said.
