Hanoi, Dec. 2 -- The Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace and Saint Petersburg State University of Russia on December 2 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation for the 2025-2030 period, marking a new step forward in cultural, educational and research collaboration between the two sides.
