Seoul, Aug. 11 -- Vietnam and the Republic of Korea (RoK) have issued a joint statement on further deepening the bilateral Comprehensive Strategic Partnership during the August 10-13 state visit by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee To Lam and his spouse.
