Hanoi, June 19 -- As Vietnam and New Zealand are celebrating their 50th anniversary of their diplomatic relations (June 19), Emeritus Professor Roberto Rabel from the Victoria University of Wellington's Centre for Strategic Studies has highlighted the untapped potential for the two countries to strengthen cooperation and bring their ties to a new high.
