Can Tho, Jan. 21 -- A forum on Vietnam-Netherlands cooperation to address saltwater intrusion in crop production in the Mekong Delta was held in the local Can Tho city on January 21. The event was co-organised by the Embassy of the Netherlands and Can Tho University. The forum provided a platform for Vietnamese and Dutch public and private sector stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of saltwater intrusion in the Mekong Delta, strengthen cooperation, and facilitate exchanges on innovative solutions and technical expertise aimed at mitigating its impacts on crop cultivation in the region.
