Hanoi, Jan. 30 -- Vietnam and Mozambique have signed a new agreement on higher education cooperation, further strengthening bilateral ties and expanding practical collaboration in education and training. The agreement was inked on January 29 in Maputo by Vietnamese Ambassador to Mozambique Tran Thi Thu Thin and Mozambican Minister of Education and Culture Samaria Tovela. The deal concretises cooperation in education outlined in the 2007 Vietnam-Mozambique agreement on education and culture, while responding to the growing demand for deeper and more substantive collaboration.
