Vientiane, Dec. 2 -- Vietnamese Minister of National Defence General Phan Van Giang met with his Lao counterpart, Senior Lieutenant General Khamliang Outhakaysone, in Vientiane on December 2, during which they agreed to carry out the signed defence cooperation plan for 2026.
