Hanoi, July 22 -- Vietnamese Ambassador to Greece Pham Thi Thu Huong paid a working visit to Corfu Island, the capital of the Ionian Islands in southwestern Greece, from July 16 to 19, aiming to foster cooperation between Vietnam and the island region.

During the trip, the ambassador had a meeting with Governor of the Ionian Islands Yianis Trepeklis at the regional government headquarters, where both sides discussed potential areas for collaboration.
