Hanoi, Oct. 10 -- Party General Secretary To Lam and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation witnessed the signing of several cooperation documents between Vietnam and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) in Pyongyang on October 10. This formed part of the General Secretary's state visit to the DPRK and attendance at the ceremony marking the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (October 10, 1945-2025).
