Beijing, March 30 -- Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh has engaged in a working session with the Charhar Institute, a prominent Chinese think tank, to exchange views on economic and social developments, Vietnam-China relations, and key international and regional issues. Founded in 2009 by Han Fangming, former vice chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee under the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the institute specialises in foreign policy analysis and international relations research.
