Minsk, May 12 -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam and President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko signed a joint statement on the establishment of the two countries' strategic partnership on May 12. The two leaders inked the statement following their talks in Minsk, part of General Secretary Lam's state visit to Belarus.
