Sydney, March 10 -- The University of Technology Sydney (UTS) on March 10 said it will lead the establishment of the Australia-Vietnam Strategic Technologies Centre, backed by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the Vietnamese Ministry of Science and Technology.
