Paris, June 4 -- Vietnam and Australia, the co-chairs of the OECD Southeast Asia Regional Programme (SEARP), handed over the programme's leadership to Canada and the Philippines during the OECD Ministerial Council Meeting (MCM) 2025 that took place in Paris on June 3.
