Vientiane, May 1 -- The Lao Ministry of Information, Culture, and Tourism on April 30 launched a photo exhibition celebrating Vietnam's 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - 2025).

Representatives from the Vietnamese Embassy in Laos, the Lao Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and numerous officials and staff from relevant agencies of both Vietnam and Laos attended the opening.

Speaking at the event, Lao Minister of Information, Culture, and Tourism Suansavanh Viyaket emphasised the historical significance of the Ho Chi Minh Campaign victory on April 30, 1975.
