Mexico City, Jan. 19 -- Doctor Romulo Velero, a respected left-wing intellectual in Venezuela, has viewed the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) as a logical and necessary step in the development of a genuine revolutionary party, while stressing the importance of continuity, noting Vietnam's steadfast adherence to its chosen path, respect for history, and constant innovation in development approaches.
