Tuyen Quang, Sept. 24 -- The first Congress of Tuyen Quang province's Party Organisation for the 2025-2030 term wrapped up on September 24 with the adoption a resolution targeting the locality to reach upper-middle income status by 2030 and high income by 2045.

The congress set 18 major goals, including raising gross regional domestic product to 170 trillion VND (6.43 billion USD), per capita GRDP to 95 million VND, and average annual growth of 10.5% during 2026-2030.
