Hanoi, Sept. 28 -- Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man held talks with Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin in Hanoi on September 28, right after hosting an official welcome ceremony for the Russian leader.
