Hung Yen, Oct. 4 -- As part of their official visit to Vietnam, President of the National Assembly of People's Power and President of the Council of the State of Cuba Esteban Lazo Hernandez and a high-ranking Cuban delegation paid a working visit to the northern province of Hung Yen on October 4.
