Hanoi, Feb. 11 -- The Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee convened its third consultative conference in Hanoi on February 11, reaching consensus on a list of 217 candidates from central agencies and organisations eligible to stand for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly (NA).
