Thanh Hoa, Dec. 25 -- The central coastal province of Thanh Hoa has seen no new incidents of fishing vessels losing vessel monitoring system (VMS) signals for over six hours, disconnections at sea for more than 10 days, or breaching authorised fishing boundaries in the past half month, amid intensified efforts to combat illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.
