Bangkok, Sept. 29 -- Thailand's newly appointed Minister of Commerce Suphajee Suthumpun has pledged urgent action on export challenges, the strong Thai Baht, and agricultural prices, vowing to deliver tangible results within four months.

Speaking to the press, Suphajee outlined her priorities as Minister, stressing that while detailed policies will be confirmed following the Prime Minister's address to Parliament next week, the Ministry of Commerce will focus on balancing the interests of buyers and sellers both domestically and internationally.
