Moscow, Sept. 11 -- Director General of Russia's TASS news agency Andrei Olegovich Kondrashov has praised the partnership between the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) and its Russian counterpart as a model of effective cooperation founded on mutual respect and professionalism.
The two agencies have built a robust information bridge fostering peace, mutual understanding and cultural exchange between the two peoples, Kondrashov said, noting they have enjoyed a close relationship since the 1950s, with their first cooperation agreement signed in 1958.
