Hanoi, Oct. 30 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on October 29 signed a decision to establish a steering committee tasked with developing a scheme for foreign-invested economy development. Under the decision, Prime Minister Chinh will serve as its head. Deputy heads include Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung, who will act as standing deputy head, directly overseeing the formulation of the scheme, and Finance Minister Nguyen Van Thang, who will manage coordination and implementation.
