Hanoi, Jan. 7 -- The Office of the State President held a press conference on January 7 to announce the State President's Orders promulgating 12 laws adopted at the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. The laws cover a wide range of fields, including journalism, education, anti-corruption, judicial reform, agriculture, environment, international treaties and deposit insurance. A key highlight is the Press Law, which comprises four chapters and 51 articles and will take effect from July 1, 2026.
