Hanoi, Dec. 31 -- State President Luong Cuong on December 31 received the Ambassadors of Saudi Arabia and the Philippines, who came to say goodbye at the end of their tenures in Vietnam. Receiving Saudi Arabian Ambassador Mohammed Ismaeil A. Dahlwy, the President affirmed that Saudi Arabia is an important partner of Vietnam in the Middle East.
