Quang Ngai, Dec. 10 -- State President Luong Cuong has signed a decision on awarding the Bravery Order to two residents of Ly Son special zone in the central province of Quang Ngai for their courageous rescue efforts during storm Kalmaegi, a provincial official confirmed on December 10.

The two recipients are Phan Duy Quang, 47 years old and residing in Tay An Vinh hamlet, and Le Van Sanh, 37 years old, of Tay An Hai hamlet, Ly Son special zone.
