Madrid, April 6 -- Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez's official visit to Vietnam from April 8 to 10 at the invitation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh is expected to create strong momentum for both countries to continue developing their strategic partnership toward a new height with greater substance and effectiveness, according to a Vietnamese diplomat.
