Kuala Lumpur, May 23 -- Vietnam and Malaysia, two rapidly developing nations with active roles in ASEAN, have substantial potential for enhanced cooperation in four strategic sectors, according to Professor Datuk Awang Azman Awang Pawi of the University of Malaya.
