Moscow, May 12 -- Russian experts and scholars have expressed their confidence that the visit to Russia by General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam for an official visit and attendance at the ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War will usher in a new chapter in bilateral relations, with 20 agreements signed.
