Da Nang, Jan. 13 -- A community digital library funded by Yongin Special City of the Republic of Korea (RoK) was inaugurated on January 13 in Quang Phu ward, Da Nang city. The Yongin community digital library was funded through a non-refundable aid grant from Yongin and the International Lotus Village (ILV) organisation, with a total investment of over 4 billion VND (over 152,000 USD).
