Hanoi, Nov. 12 -- Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW, issued by the Politburo on May 4 this year on the development of the private economic sector, ushers in fresh momentum, spurring entrepreneurial spirit and strengthening business confidence, Deputy Minister of Finance Nguyen Duc Tam told the press. He said the resolution sets an ambitious goal for strong growth of the sector. The goal is to generate two million operating enterprises by 2030, equivalent to 20 enterprises per 1,000 people, and at least 20 large businesses participating in global value chains.
