Singapore, Dec. 26 -- The implementation of the Politburo's Resolution No 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation has delivered noticeable shifts in research investment and cooperation, with the overarching goal of translating knowledge into tangible economic value.
