Moscow, Sept. 2 -- The Doi Moi (Renewal) process launched in 1986 marked a major milestone in Vietnam's 80-year development path, helping the country secure impressive socio-economic achievements, said Valeria Vershinina, Deputy Director of the ASEAN Centre at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
